Do I need ACC approval to place a construction dumpster or POD in my driveway?
Answer. Yes. Residents are required to submit an improvement application for temporary dumpster placement in their driveways. The application should include the anticipated length of time for dumpster/POD placement. Once approval is obtained the container must be maintained in a safe and neat appearance at all times.
