Do I need ACC approval to replace my garage door?

If you are replacing your garage door with the same style and paint color an approval is not required. If your original garage door is fitted with windows, replacement windows must be windows of a similar kind. If your garage door does not have windows and you wish to add them, they must be consistent with those windows found throughout the Roseheart community. The garage door must be painted with your home’s approved paint scheme. ACC approval is required if there is any deviation to the original standard garage door not noted above.
