Do I need ACC approval to paint my house exterior?
ACC approval is required even if you adhere to the original paint scheme of your home. Changes to the original color scheme are not allowed. Applications must identify the paint scheme color by name and the ICI code. Note: a hired painter should be able to provide this information.
