Do I need ACC approval to remove trees in my yard?
Approval of the ACC is required to remove any tree > than four (4") inches in diameter twelve (12") inches above the ground. The Improvement Request form must include a statement fromthe homeowner regarding plans if any to replace the removed tree and astatement fromcertified arborist recommending the removal of any tree meeting this standard regardless of who will be doing the actual removal of the tree.
