Do I need ACC approval to plant trees, shrubs, flowers, or add a walkway from the back gate to the walking trail in the common area.

Any activity, planting or improvement in the common area does require approval. The Home Improvement Request Form should be submitted for approval to Diamond Management Association ACC at acc@damctx.com
